Orbitel Communications would like to inform customers that on Tuesday November 11 and Wednesday November 12, 2008 between the hours of 1am to 5am, our Orbitel technicians will be continuing our cable system upgrade.  Standard and High Definition video channels 101 through 980 will be relocated in our new technical facility.  The upgrade will continue until all channels have been completed.  Please note that channels will be moved in blocks, not all channels will be out at one time.  Viewers will experience intermittent disruptions; a "one moment please" message will appear up on screen on affected channels until the process is completed.  Orbitel is committed to providing the best service to its customers, and as part of that dedication, has scheduled the upgrade for a time that minimizes the inconvenience to our viewers.  The upgrade will be completed by Wednesday November 12, 2008 at 5am.  Thank you for your patience in this improvement process.
