With the Orbitel Digital Phone Services you can send and receive faxes from the convenience of your home. You may connect your fax machine to our system in the same way you would connect to a standard telephone system.

If you would like to have the fax machine automatically answer and receive faxes you will need to adjust the number of rings before your phone automatically goes to the Orbitel Voicemail system. Please refer to the Orbitel Digital Phone User’s Guide provided to you at the time of installation and also available on-line from this site to manage this feature as well as understand how your fax machine can be used with the Orbitel Digital Phone service.

You can use one line in your home to send and receive faxes as well as use as a standard household phone with unlimited local and long distance calling. If you use your fax machine a great deal, you may want to consider adding a second Orbitel Digital Phone number so that you can use your fax machine at the same time you are talking on the other telephone line.
