Outage Information Update May 4, 5:00pm: The video and Internet issues are not resolved as of 5pm Wednesday May 4. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL MARICOPA INTERNET MEMBERS—a maintenance window has been set up by Orbitel engineers. All Internet service members will be completely shutdown at some point between the hours of midnight and 3:00am overnight May 5, 2016. Engineers will be performing changes to correct the outages Orbitel has endured in the last 48 hours. Thank you for your patience, the Orbitel Team.

Outage Update May 3: There is a system wide outage affecting all Orbitel cable TV customers. We have several channels not working at this time. Orbitel engineers report an equipment failure as the source of the video outage. We apologize for the inconvenience. More will be reported when the situation changes.
